2026 Muscadine Festival
We are excited for this year and our upcoming festival! In an effort to increase efficiency and to remove the ability of people accidently paying online spammers, we have gone to a web-base registry. We would prefer if all of the vendors used the link below for payment, but if you would prefer to pay with a check or cash, you can visit us in-person and pay in our store prior to the event. (this helps reduce the scammers on FB- this site is the only place to submit your vendor fee online). By clicking the link below, you will be able to pay through Paypal. About the event(s)
The event will be outside and you’re responsible for bringing your own table(s) and tent(s). Set up will begin at 7am on the day of the event and the event will be from 8-1pm. We use the fees for signage all around York and Cherokee county, Facebook ads, and porta-potties. We encourage each vendor to post and share our event on your social media accounts to maximize outreach. No early teardown is permitted. All vendors must remain fully set up until 1:00 PM. We have many talented local artisans in this area, and to support as many small businesses as possible, there may be other vendors offering items similar to yours.
Vendor Rules

2. Booth Placement: Spaces are assigned on arrival. Please set up where directed so we can fit everyone safely and efficiently.
3. Sales: We cannot guarantee sales or foot traffic. Every event is different, and results vary by vendor.
4. Refunds: All vendor fees are non‑refundable, including cancellations, no‑shows, weather, or sales performance. Rain or shine, the event goes on.
5. Weather & Safety: This is an outdoor event. Secure your tent and displays properly. Staff may ask for adjustments if something is unsafe. The event will be rain or shine.
6. Payments: Only pay through the official HoneyStrong website. Payments sent to individuals or Facebook pages are not valid. We will not send payment links.
7. Conduct: Please be kind and respectful to customers, staff, and fellow vendors. We want a positive atmosphere for everyone.
8. Compliance: Vendors are responsible for following all rules related to their products (food safety, labeling, licensing, etc.).
9. Liability: By participating, vendors agree that HoneyStrong is not responsible for injuries, accidents, theft, weather damage, or loss of property. Vendors participate at their own risk.

Event Details
- Outdoor event — bring your own table, chairs, and tent.
- Setup: 7:00 AM
- Event hours: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
- No electricity available.
- Artisan spaces: 10x10
- Food vendor spaces: 10x20
- Need more room? Purchase an extra space.
- Vendor fee: $30 (advance pricing), will increase to $60 later on
- Please bring tent weights — wind is always possible.
- Fees help cover signage, advertising, and porta‑potties.
